The body looks to have been completely re-done, but are any power upgrades lurking under that retro-cool skin?

It's hard to tell exactly what mechanical modifications, if any, are on this special Ferrari. The wheels appear to be identical to those on the 430 Scuderia, so the engine may be the Scuderia's up-powered 510 HP V8. Of course, if the owner really wants more power, he could always bolt-on a Novitec Rosso twin-supercharger kit, but that's not really the point here. Whoever commissioned this creation was probably more interested in turning heads than turning laps.

Jalopnik Snap Judgment: All hail the era of random Ferraris lapping the Fiorano track as more buyers with the bucks to spend make the decision they'd like something special of their very own. [via Autoblog.nl]

<![CDATA[The Fioravanti Hidra Sports Glass With Class]]> The details about the Fioravanti Hidra, which is set to to debut at the Geneva Motor Show, are scarce. But whatever we lack in information we make up for in photos of all that freaking nano tech wiperless glass. Following the Fioravanti Thalia, this is a concept car meant to show off the company's new technological advancements, as opposed to an actual car that you'd be able to buy. Oh, and it'll maybe have some sort of advanced alternative propulsion system or something.

<![CDATA[Coupe Cabrio Pickup Concept to Debut in Geneva]]>

Talk about a niche vehicle. Italian design firm Fioravanti created this conceptual coupe-cabrio-pickup, which it plans to show in Geneva, from a Fiat Punto Grande. Best known as the company that created the Ferrari Superamerica's wacky folding roof, Fioravanti used the same technology in the Punto, adding a folding tailboard that allows the car to be used as a pickup. Fiat expects to sell more than 360,000 Puntos in 2006, and plans to expand the platform to include such specialty models as a coupe-convertible, though the pickup part won't likely make it past antipasto stages.
