He did what most lesser Ferrari 360 owners wouldn't dream of, took his car to the track. His tape-job didn't offer much protection when he hit the wall at Palm Beach International Speedway. <![CDATA[VIDEO: Ferrari California Power-Slides Into Front End Loader]]> Two Ferrari Californias toying with each other on the roads of Sofia, Bulgaria — because that's what you do with $250,000 convertibles — came to a sorry end when one power-slid into a front end loader.

First a Bugatti Veyron. Now a Ferrari California? Maybe we need to expand "Save The Enzos" to "Save The Super Cars." What say you all?

<![CDATA[UFC Boss Smashes Customized Ferrari F430]]> No details other than this image yet, but UFC head honcho Dana White smashed up his custom Ferrari F430 pretty good. It's appropriately bleeding green blood (coolant) all over the asphalt.

(Thanks for the tip Dave) (TwitPic)

<![CDATA[Save The Enzos: Priceless Ferrari Wipes Out In "Light" Japanese Rain]]> Yet another Ferrari Enzo has been destroyed, this time in Okayama, Japan. The cause of the accident? The gentle Japanese rains.

As you can tell from the photo, the driver of this yellow 2003 Enzo lost control in what's been described as "light rain" and crashed into the guardrail of an expressway. No word on whether or not Eddie Griffin was shooting a "movie" in the area. [Wrecked Exotics]

<![CDATA[Ferrari Enzo Crashes During Rallye De Paris]]> Why do we even try to Save The Enzos? Yet another Ferrari Enzo's (the second in three months!) bitten the dust. This one, at least, went down respectably, competing and crashing in the Rally de Paris at Magny Cours.

This Ezno, S/N 132658, submitted itself as an example for why we need our "Save the Enzos" campaign during a heated lap last March on a cold day at the Magny Cours circuit. The Enzo's tires hadn't properly heated up to a velcro-like state, so when the over-zealous driver misjudged a corner, he ended up in this precarious position on top of the tire wall.

With two Enzos down this year, are we going to need to reprint t-shirts again? [via FerrariChat]

<![CDATA[California Woman Flips Boss's Ferrari]]> A 23-year-old woman flipped her boss's Ferrari 360 on a California road this weekend, thus begging the question: why was a young, attractive woman driving her boss's Ferrari? Oh, right.

<![CDATA[Aussie Bisects Ferrari 360 Modena Front End With Pole, Miraculously Survives]]> A couple of knuckleheads in the Australian town of Walkerville managed to wrap the front third of a Ferrari 360 Modena quite effectively around a telephone pole and walk away with only minor injuries. Eyewitnesses report the car was speeding around the local roads (surprise!) and as you can see, the eventual accident was pretty incredible, with the pole intruding to the point where it takes the space normally occupied by, say, the shifter over the transmission tunnel. With yesterday's Lamborghini Gallardo sliced in half width-wise and now a Ferrari split down the middle, it's like learning automotive biology by supercar dissection around here. (Hat tip to half our readers for sending this in!)

<![CDATA[Ferrari F430 Wrecked In Metro Detroit Suburb]]> Canton Center Road lies in the sleepy little Detroit suburb of Canton, and, aside from people wrecking brand new Ferrari F430's outside of the Post Office, not much happens there. If you've never been to the little burg, the scene of this crash isn't surrounded by any curves, hills, trees, blocked views...or anything, really — just a couple of posts protecting a fire hydrant. Apparently that was enough of a target for this 430's driver after tangling with a Nissan Sentra, of all things. Must have been delivering express mail.
