Ferrari's finally decided to issue a recall on the Ferrari 458 Italia after at least four fires in three months, according to a letter allegedly received by an owner. Ferrari's apparently blaming a design flaw instead of their owners. UPDATE

After four fires in two months Ferrari has finally come around to the idea that something may be amiss with the 458 Italia and launched a probe. But the Italian automaker doesn't want to rule out driver ineptitude.

A massive fire at London's Heathrow Airport last month claimed a $469K custom Ferrari 458 Italia being transported from Saudi Arabia to London. Now the company responsible for shipping it is only offering $46K for the damages.
