Hmmm
What Im about to say.. even astounds me.
Someone could actually add a couple of the hockey stick emblems for that Charger *above* change the paint to something wild n crazy and sell it as the only Dodge Chargercamino.
Yes.. it would be the only Dodge Charger to be Elcamino-ized. And SPECIAL paint, and GRAPHICS!
Then again, the only one with a 2.2 I4.
And ya know.. I actually might buy the Charger - Camino for 10g (15 is just crazy).

God, I want to get one of those and make it into a Rampage Shelby. My mother had an '85 Charger Shelby, blue and white... man.

To wit: "Hey, how about taking a blank malaise sedan, no styling whatsoever, an make it a 'chero?"

I think they should've stuck with "Sprint", myself.

Also, this one loses character points for having a real horn button...on the early sedans and wagons, you activate the horn by pushing IN on the turn signal stalk. Try getting that one right when some cell phone sweetie pulls out 20 feet in front of you.

The engine and tranny in that car took an amazing amount of hooning/abuse/attempted carslaughter, I know that.

When we desmogged the Cutlass it immediately started blowing oil past the rings and out the breathers. Still not sure if all the smog stuff was masking the problem or if we helped cause the problem by desmogging it.
End result was the same - 455 Cutlass - woohoo!
We pulled all the stuff off an old 2.8 S-10 Blazer. It made little difference on that but at least you can see the engine now.

The wheel covers are wrong, the shifter is wrong and I'm not crazy about the DIY Line X bedliner. Being picky? Perhaps, but I take my Malaise era cars seriously because they're serious cars.
I'd pay $15k for the 'chero if it were made from a 1980 Fairmont Turbo
or maybe a NASA Electric Car wagon, as seen in the PCH: [jalopnik.com]
