I would like to see the 09 ram do that.. it would be 100% smoother ride.. it'd take it and look like a caddy at the same time.

@suzq044: It certainly would look smoother once it shed all its parts off from the shaking.

I rejected the early Tundra from my list after taking it down a dirt road. The rear end was scarily all over the place.

Hopefully they improved it by now...

Maybe they could forget the Baja 1000 set and market to HaliburtonKBR and Blackwater. Those folks have serious money and no qualms about driving up anyone's ass.

    My car could do that.

At about 20 miles per hour, and I'd get stuck a few times, but hey.

"...drive this right up Toyota's ass."

...Which brings us inexorably back to LAYABOUT's earlier "Bender" versus "Sender" remark in the post about the errant Camry climbing atop the traffic cop's cruiser...

Truck seems reasonably well composed, but I suppose that's the point. Where's the in cab camera footage to make everyone motion sick?

Even in the middle of the Financiapocalypse, it's nice to know the ghost of Big Oly still haunts the halls in Dearborn, MI.

I'm just glad to see an SVT branded vehicle again. I think the last one was the 02 Focus. Long overdue.

Given the "2/5", I can assume we're going to be treated to another 3 clips?

Those dirt moguls look a lot more serious here. I definitely wouldn't want to take a WRC car over that kinda stuff (unlike the previous video).

Reading Jalopnik is bad on my finances.

Watching that video tells me I need a long travel kit and some bigger tires for my (currently stock suspension/tires) Silverado.

'Cuz damn rippin' through the desert like that looks like fun.

Of course I live nowhere near the desert, but I'm sure I could talk to a few farmers out here who'd let me rip through their fields before they turn them.

@c0de: No, but I live in southern California and go offroading a bunch. High-speed offroading is seriously fun stuff.

The people who stole my last two 4Runners were likely drug/human smugglers, though.
