    It's infinitely more impressive than anything that's likely to come out of my garage, whatever your views on the aesthetics.


    FWIW, I like the flat nose, suggests a bit more truckness. Plus, a round one might make the whole thing look a bit generic.


    Do you think the original warranty is still valid?

    This is one of those rare instances where a $10k rat rod would end up looking a lot cooler than a $100k uber-project...like the design though

    Best 'Slade ever. Like RC51 said. But that's not saying all that much.


    As a pickup, it's kind of a botch. Like the hood of a seventies Rolls, on the cab of a postwar Dodge, with the bed of whatever. The black is deep enough, so that's good.


    Didn't we see some RR-aminos a while back there. Those rocked a lot harder.


    Still, this was a good start towards ridding the world of Escalades.

    Also, the coffin-like shape of the bed and my understanding of the current political landscape in Russia makes me think it will be used as an actual coffin.
