    @graverobber: Philip Landrigan Edition: I don't buy anything unless there's at least three "BUT WAIT"s at the end of the ad, and at least 5x the stated value of the original item in "free, yours to keep" promotional stuff.


    So a $20 item... sorry, $19.99 plus $4.95 shipping and handling!... must have three BUT WAIT statements, and at least $100 worth of "free" extras.


    And I actually have to be willing to pay $20 for the pile of crap they're giving me. Which usually means "nothing from Billy Mays".
