    I've heard a lot about how weak and undesirable the Vauxhall/Opel brands are when compared to the big-league Euro players. Sure, a lot of that is from snarky British telly presenters, but as GM is doing away with three brands here in the states, why not just do what Ford has done all these years...have Euro Chevys.

    @bmoreDLJ: Because Opel/Vauxhall in Europe are similar in cachet to Chevrolet, maybe Buick here, while Chevrolet there means "shitty rebadged Daewoo".
