Shelby SuperCars revealed the new-for-2010 $740,000 Ultimate Aero hyper car in Dubai today. The new model accelerates from 0-to-62 in 2.78 seconds, tops out at a blistering 260 MPH and now gets one-piece all-carbon-fiber wheels. Seriously.
In addition to the gold-painted SLS AMG we showed yesterday, Mercedes-Benz also premiered the limited-to-79-units Middle East-only G55 AMG KOMPRESSOR "Edition 79" at the Dubai Motor Show — a reference to the year, 18791979 — the G series started.
Rather than wait for the SLS AMG to get chromed, Mercedes is introducing one at the Dubai Motor Show pre-luxo'd in AMG Desert Gold paint. "Bout to grow a beard dude, so much cake even the money look weird, too."
Why Bugatti feels every new paint scheme requires a "special edition" tag and an annoying name is beyond us, but they love them in Dubai, so here you go: three new over-priced specially-named Bugatti Veyrons.
