    @FrankGrimes: Somebody has to make money selling the drugs. My guess is that this guy wasn't buying drugs, but probably selling them, maybe using some to if he did this to a Lumina/Impala.

    If my experience is any indicator, what likely happened to this unfortunate rolling roadblock was the following: The driver attempted to make a turn, and the too-fat tire caught against the fender or wheel well or steering linkage, thus stopping its rotation, and causing the car to flip over.


    I really do think there ought to be a law that installing tires/wheels or a stereo on a vehicle that are worth more than the vehicle itself would be punishable by being forced to drive an Aveo on 13's for a period of not less than 3 years.

    @mechimike: Add an exception for beater sports cars with performance oriented wheels and I'm with ya... When you're dealing with LeMons grade cars it pretty hard to get wheels that will fit decent rubber for less than the car.
