Just the other night here in Miami, I saw a '90s Cadillac Seville covered in multicolored LEDs to the same effect as this truck. Very striking in the dark.

    SAAAAAALUUUUUUUUUUUTE!*
The ONLY way this could be more awesome--and it's already awesome beyond awesome--would be to have the signal lights connected, so the right or left side would blink appropriately. That is the only possible addition I could think of.

*HeeHaw reference for all you young hipsters.

I'm seeing more SUVs with lights decorating their roof racks. Battery-powered LED strings make it easy to set up. I might do it to our Freestyle to wow our kids (5 and 2).

This is the perfect thing for the oldsters, since you can always see them coming, and they're never embarrassed by forgetting to shut off their blinkers.

Funny how his last quote would play into the punchline, "No one expects the Christmas Truck!"

And this great 'Murrkin is absolutely right about how a pickem up truck ought to look.

That kit adds only 25 lbs. technically, but about 250 lbs visually. The super camber only adds to the effect by making it look as if the suspension has collapsed.

To each his own, though. Glad things got made right, and hope that shop got enough bad press to go under.

It still looks awkward. A waste of a really pretty good car (originally). Goes to show that sometimes "stock" is best.

Owner of said 350Z. Been lurking for over a year and I read visit this site every day. Little did I know I'd be the one being criticized!

@RuinedZ: I think you're misreading our intent - we're not criticizing the car itself, it's the mods (which you were originally dissatisfied with, yourself - and rightly so in this case).

Taste is subjective, don't let my opinion offend you. I just happen to think that those types of mods - even if done "right" more or less defeat the purpose of what this car was designed for.

Again, no need to feel slighted - enjoy your vehicle in any manner you wish, and I'm sincerely glad that you at least got the body kit re-done properly because that first round of photos nearly made me lose my lunch... I hope you gave those guys a good legal bitch-slapping & got a full refund and then some.

I fail to see how the "after" looks any less awful.

If anything, with that camber, it's even more full of fail than before.
