    I watched the episode last night and it was by far the most boring episode i have seen (excluding TG Australia of course) it nearly put me to sleep.

    @Dano-that'll buff right out...: Well I watched the last TG-AU of this season last night, It is getting a little better but still doesn't hold a candle to TG-UK.

    Cool, I'll watch that tonight in unadulterated DVD pleasure instead of sometime next year with commercial breaks and crappy promotions that plague SBS these days.

    Sorry SBS there's one household in Oz that won't be watching "this fuel injected story is brought to you by...". Yeah brought to me by the internet! FTW

    If it wasn't for this bit, this would have been one of the best episodes. Sadly this brought it down, as if they needed to fill some time and someone asked, "How hard can it be?"

    @Triborough: Firing up a powerful, unmuffled V8 indoors should be a regular part of all television shows, especially TG.

    @nitroram33 misses PolaЯ: Then you'd need to convert it to rwd,kind of a waste of money on an Avantime. I think think of better cars to put the engine in,say an S2 TVR. That conversion has been an idea of mine for a while,i need a new project for next summer.

    @layabout: on a serious note, how ridiculously fast would that be? the rover v8 models were laying waste to damn near everything on the road with ~half the power of the LS3.

    @layabout: TVR? Are you OK mate? Is there something you want to talk to us about? Any regressed memories come to light? Missus just left you? Your dog got run over? Stock holdings crashed?

    Come on mate, there's no need to get all LS3 TVR on us, we all like you and want you to live.

    This is meta-funny because so many American gadget informercials are hosted by exuberant Brits.

    I do really enjoy my Magic Bullet, though.

    @Elhigh: Magic Bullet?

    It's a set of small plastic mugs and cups with threaded tops. You fill the cup with your ingredients, screw the blender blade right onto the top, flip it upside down, and stick it on the base to blend. If you're making small batches of smoothies or adult beverages, it's perfect.
