For this kind of money you could get a real drop top Ferrari instead of a Honda. Seems you can find a pretty good 348 Spider for less than $50k. Here's one: [cgi.ebay.com]
Unless you are a super Honda fan-boy this is crackpipe.
This one could tilt in favor of "Crackpipe" by the highest margin of the year. It's a hack-job (no matter how professionally & cleanly it was implemented) on an otherwise nice car, AND it's too expensive. Not NSX-cessarily very cool at all.
Great parts car. Or, weld a hoop to the back and go racing. Whatever the case, don't try bringing this to the local NSX heritage meet-up. Crack-pipe at anything over $25K. Scratch that, $20K.
Ugh, that roof really screws up the car. The BBSes aren't helping things, either -- they really only work on certain cars.
Pipe. A comparable example of the one Honda product I actually find desirable (and I am not big on mid-engine supercars for the most part) can be had non-butchered for half the price.

Remove top from Halle Berry? Good.
Remove top from NSX? Bad.

I chose before I was awake, so now that I'm at work, I'll use this PC, another one, and yet a third, to offset the mistaken NP vote.

Or stomach.
Yeah, that's what hurts.

I like the concept, and I actually like the looks, but I don't know that that was a particularly brilliant move.
