While appropriate, it's not one bit original. I took this at the first Dallas Cars & Coffee in May 2009. It's not even near stock power any more.

I've yet to see an Enzo in the flesh, much less with engine bay opened up like a prom date. I have seen a GT in such a state of undress, at a track day, and it was beautiful. Sinful. I wanted to shank the douchebag who got to drive it and take it from him. Reply

@Turboner: I saw an Enzo once at a car show. A car show at GA Tech's parking lot. A car show without rope around the cars or anyone really watching over the vehicles. At least it seemed no one was watching over them. That's what I thought until I was asked, not so pleasantly, to move along. I did snap a few pictures though before they got me...

In his defense, he wouldn't be able to get in or out of the car if a car parked alongside him.

@Otto Suksumake:

Do yer research, buddy. Ford wanted to have a Ford at Le Mans for a long time. He was going to buy a bunch of Ferrari factory "assets", but Enzo Ferrari shut him down because Ferrari wouldn't be able to race in the Indy 500. Henry Ford II got pissed, and built the Ford GT40 to race at Le Mans. The Ford GT40 wound up beating Ferrari, which had won six years in a row, prior to that race. Basically, the whole dang car was an "eff you, Enzo".

@gunluva is prepared to drop.:

I know the history.

So... what does it have to do with this car? Is this the car that beat Ferrari 40 years ago? No. Is this guy a descendant of Henry Ford II and still have beef with the dead Enzo Ferrari? Doubt it!

He's just a poser.

By telling a pushy, egocentric, stuck-up Italian auto-maker to f- off. I don't see why you're so up in arms about this. You're Enzo's grandchild, or something?

Delicious.

The original GT40's mission was a gigantic middle finger directed squarely at Ferrari. Here's to carrying on the family motto!

In other news, this is why people think GT40 drivers are asshats.

Edit: After thinking about it, if I drove a GT40, I would likely park in such a manner as well.
