For a "bad cop" car, it hard to to Harvey Keitels black 1990 or so LTD in "Bad Leiutenant"
The black hit & run Thunderbird from "Jade" was pretty sinister looking, especialy with blood soaked front end.
The black XKE driven by hitman in "Brannigan",John Waynes last or 2nd to last movie, honorable mention for the 1971 Sedan de Ville mobster in "McQ" drives.
The Turks 1940 Buick Limited in "The Godfather".
Dan Ackroyds black Lincoln Town Car in "Grosse Pointe Blank".
Joe Pesci's 1976 or so brown Monte Carlo in "Casino"

There's also all the great Herbie villain cars. The Laser 917 and black Pantera in Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo were great villain cars.
And the Morovich Posche death squad from Condorman! Those were some great baddies.

It's got to be Odd Job's 64 Continental from Goldfinger. The scrapyard scene is, for me, the most painful scene to watch in movie history.

@900pilot: Although Oddjob drove the '64, the car that's actually crushed is a '63 Continental. I guess the producers decided to save some money by crushing a year-old (but very similar looking) car.

David Patrick Kelly went on to play T-Bird in The Crow, whose eponymous ride sported more plumbing jutting out of it's hood than Vin Diesel's TF&F Charger.

The '68 Charger also starred as a "bad guys" car in the classic movie "Vanishing Point" and also starred as the bad guy's car in Tarantino's "Grindhouse: Deathproof". No car looks more menacing than a '68 Charger..

@Novaload Wants the Jez 9 Back: He drove a Nova in the first half of the movie, then a Charger in the second half. Tarantino really went all-out making references to other movie cars in "Death Proof;" there's the bad-guy Charger from Bullitt, the Vanishing Point Challenger, and even a yellow '73 Mustang like Eleanor.

While not a movie, I love the idea of U-turn's fleet of Priuses on Weeds. They're "good for sneaking up on motherfuckers" for a drive-by.

How about the Lincoln Mark III altered by George Barris in the movie " The Car ( 1977)" There were six Cars built for filming by Barris Kustoms in North Hollywood, California: one main car of steel and five fiberglass replicas. Three replicas were destroyed in the climactic explosion scene and the other two replicas were wrecked in rollovers. The gloss-black main Car is a custom Lincoln Mark III with a locked 4.11 differential (to allow easier spinning), a 460 cubic-inch V8 engine, heavy-duty suspension, roll bar, safety harness, and amber-tinted glass. The top is lowered and the beltline raised. Twelve craftsmen built the main Car in six weeks at a cost of $84,000.00 each!
