1. A lawsuit, obviously. 2. Cayenne-(and X5)-looking things winding up, 10 years from now, in Afghanistan and Nigeria. 3. Chinese made Cayenne replacement body panels and performance parts on ebay. 4.More used SUV's available in the US, as Chinese and Indian cars compete against used export first-world produced cars for third world market share.
The BYD T6 is a capable off roader that can serve as an SUV when the time arises, but astounds the driver with amazing precision handling like a sports car on the road.

With a great looking body, and perfect rigidity, it possess a sports car aura with family hauling capability, thus bringing out the best in both worlds.
The streamlined and smooth body make a full nice feeling, with amazing control and stability, with the ability to be chic on the highway, and safe in town.
Version 2 and Version 3 BYD T6 are able to give the most safety.
Much like my last post, Chinese cars still remind me of my Childhood and old matchbox cars. In many ways the Chinese cars, the ones that are exact rip-offs (I'm not talking about simply having design influences here) remind me of the toy cars they sell in the drug stores (i.e. CVS, Duane Reade, etc.) They were always cheaper and had a few cool ones, but when you did buy them (or receive them as gifts from cheap family members who didn't want to pony up the extra 50cents for the real ones) you could always tell they weren't matchbox or Hotwheels. Theres was always that cheapness to them and that feeling in the back of your mind that you didn't actually have the real thing (actually it was these cars that I would use for the demolition derbys and Criss Cross Crash track sets so I didn't ruin my real one) even though they looked like it. For me it was a feeling I didn't like and always did prefer the real ones. I kind-of wonder how the people who buy these cars feel everyday when they drive them and then get passed by the real thing.
@Bullitt417: Been there, did that as a kid. Of course, grown-ups usually think that kids are too dumb to know the difference between the real thing and a cheaper knockoff.
I constantly proved them wrong by keeping all of my Matchbox/Hot Wheels/Majorettes and a few Maistos. All of the knockoffs sacrificed their lives during crusher/demolition derby duty. :D
@HubCap: Now 30% more aerodynamic!: It was Siku and Majorette for me, and older Matchbox ones. Even as a seven-year-old I would sniff at the ones that said "made in Hong Kong" or Macau.
Made in France, West Germany or United Kingdom was the best - but only because I had no access to Tomicas.

Like I've told Analyst, in forty or fifty years, they're going to design their own cars, and who knows, they might be...what's the word? Original.

These people have zero taste if they were to clone one of the ugliest cars ever.

We've already established that they have zero taste, in addition to questionable safety and ethical standards.

Instead, they'll just build an exact replica of the Nordschleife in China somewhere and claim the 'Ring time as authentic.

So if you don't want to die after hitting a cat, you should wait about a year and buy the one that earns two stars in the Euro NCAP rather than zero.
