That this was a "See kids? Drinking is bad" episode speaks to America's problem with booze.
They don't point out that it's perfectly normal and acceptable to drink in moderation, and still control one's behavior while drinking.
Instead they portray any and all drinking as a great way to have zany madcap adventures including drunk driving.
My PSA would include a crew that goes out to get their party on. One guy's the DD, and that's normal and ok. Since he's got the car keys, he uses the opportunity to make use of the back seat with a special lady.
Most of the others drink a few, hang out and have a good time. The bad examples get hammered, make asses of themselves, and wake up the next morning covered in piss and vomit with a wicked hangover and an angry girlfriend.
Ok...serious hat off...
This would've been way better if it was the girl toons that got drunk...
Toonage hoonage at its finest. I can't wait for the episode in which Pepe Le Pew invites Buster over to "play video games", and then asks him if he's ever seen a skunk naked.
@.357: Yeah, is that what they've been working on instead of getting us back our Preview button and adding an Edit feature? Lame. Let's go burn down Hot Topic!!
At least the Anamaniacs just snorted blow and drop-kicked Pinky and The Brain repeatedly while having their way with Dot.
They were a busy group.
Tap the bottle and twist the cap Tap the bottle and twist the cap Tap the bottle and twist the cap And pass it around the crew because the crew be all that.
i've also found via some less legal means, original war propoganda nazi slagging disney flicks.. some are down right brutal.. you know.. back when disney had some balls.
@evoCS-Hench-Minion at *location CLASSIFIED*: @stoke has a JDM banana: @SCROGGS!!: Along with that one, there's one or two of the World War 2 stuff out there. We had a cartoon night at a friend's house last month - and if you think "Tokyo Jokio" - you need to see some of their other propaganda cartoons. Old Betty Boop is pretty un-PC, but probably the most un-PC was "Coal Black and de Sebbin Dwarves" ...
The animation looks a tiny bit off, but at the same time it seems too close to be a fake. I don't know what to think, but if it is a fake its a very good one. either way its hilarious. There should be a special channel for stuff like this.
@Scorch3: There was a half season or so (maybe a full season) where they went through this one particular animation house where the character animation looked 'off,' usually because the characters stretched with every motion, even ones where it shouldn't have had it. This looks like one of those episodes. A handful of Darkwing Duck episodes went through the same animation house and looked exactly the same, it actually bugged the crap out of me.
I remember this one. Why ban it? Kind of amusing, but really, a pretty decent PSA against underage drinking. Oh well. Guess this is banned from TV just like all the old Warner Bros stuff I grew up on. Gotta make room for more brain rotting, mind numbing, crap like Dora the exploiter...err Explorer.

Doesn't mean they're a Gawker site, but it's more than just an ad deal.

That show is great, as a little kid it was funny as hell, now that I'm grown up it's still funny as hell but for completely different reasons.
There's no way that show could be made today.
