    I like it. Except for the damned Transformers tie-in. Is there any possibility to get a new yellow Camaro, and not have anyone think that you're trying to be Shia Lebouf?


    Fuck it. I'll just get myself a black 2nd gen T/A with a gold screaming chicken. I'd be alright with onlookers thinking that I'm trying to be The Bandit.

    Meh. I prefer my Bumblebee- a yellow '67 Beetle with a custom-painted Autobot radio-delete plate.


    I've been trying to find an Autobot gear shift knob, to no avail.

    @Belvyzep: So make one. Get an Autobot coin and work it into a leather shift knob. It's not hard. :)


    Try eBay, I'm sure someone's got Autobot shift knobs for sale.

    God, the one thing that ruins this car for me is the stupid headlights. It had projectors before, now it just has stupid sealed beams.

    555: honors a car driven by Colin McRae.

    Bumblebee: honors a car driven by Shia LeBeauf.


    555: based on the same platform that won multiple WRC world championship titles.

    Bumblebee: Based on a marketing exercise.


    555: not built by a company on the verge of bankruptcy.

    Bumblebee: yeah...


    555: named after a brand of cigarettes, which will more than likely kill you if you use them. Badass.

    Bumblebee: named after a bug that can sting you, causing mild discomfort. Wimpy.


    555: never left its owners disappointed when it didn't change into a huge robot and/or attract Megan Fox.

    Bumblebee: setting owners up for disappointment.

    Ew, Ray, I could have done without that last sentence. How's this: we'll paint a different body panel of your Camaro with this Bumblebee scheme each day of Hanukkah as long as you promise to take out your excitement in a Sebring somewhere. While wearing ladies' garments.


    And dammit, I'm waiting for the actual transforming Bumblebee Limited Edition to come out... stop holding out on me, guys!
