Very sloppy pitwork by McLaren. Used to be it was Ferrari that specialized in stunts like that. Very cool, level headed response by Raikkonen, given that he's essentially surrounded by his own car's gasoline. #accidents
This looks to me more of a lack of communication in the pit crew than anything else. He got the green light to go, or am I missing something? #accidents
He was certainly impressive and Button is a whiner. I didn't detect anything at all wrong with Kobayashi in his battle with Button. His move on Nakajima was very sketchy to say the least though; technically it was legal since it was just one move, but it was definitely a chop as Nakajima was going at a MUCH faster speed. He should've yielded. I think it destroyed both their races as Kobayashi simply wasn't as fast after that incident.
Nonetheless, Kobayashi's performances this year have been impressive, especially impressive when you contrast it with all the other mid-year replacements who can't seem to get their cars off the back row. Were it not for a mistake at the end of Q2, he'd probably have been into Q3, which is incredible for a rookie. Nonetheless, qualifying 11th on your first race is commendable, as is running in the podium places at the beginning. It's very interesting that Kobayashi has been so impressive in F1 in his brief glimpses because he's been absolutely nowhere in GP2.
Kobayashi could well turn out to be what Takuma Sato would've been if Sato had started karting at an age earlier than 19 (which is the F1 debut age for some people on the grid). #kamuikobayashi

You know that same rule that applies to the Chicago Cubs (Cronulla Sharks too if you're from Sydney) #kamuikobayashi

But it should be a rule for Japanese drivers to be run over by an ambulance after crashing. #kamuikobayashi
