    I fully expect this kid to be the most heavily decorated tank commander in the PRC's Self Defense Forces in about two years. You have to admire his determination, while criticizing the means he chose. I'm sure the lad will also have ample opportunity for self criticism.

    i'm pretty sure they won't kill him off. they parents? maybe, i think the kid will get beaten to a point where he wished he was dead by the feds and locked up in a labor camp for a while but i think that's it.


    i was half hoping to see a photo-shopped image of some random Asian kid in a bus with Keanu, i guess times are tough even for Jalopnick... oh well, I'm sure things will pick up :)

    COTD, not COTD...I just have fun laughing my ass off at the commentary around here. Someone once said that Giz and Gawker have funnier commentary, but having browsed through them over the course of several days, I just don't see it.


    The say some funny shit, but nothing that quite matches the subtle, masterfully crafted comments that I love on the Jalop.

They're the current SNL as compared to Jalopnik's Belushi era SNL. Don't know about Gawker, I don't live in New York and don't give a shit about "celebrities".


    I have yet to find another group online with the combination of intelligence, sophistication (or in some cases deliberate lack thereof) and humor which the Jalopnik Commentariat displays.
