    So production flexibility has grown to the point where BMW, Audi, and others can provide dozens of models, most of which are only a few % different from the next (in size, performance, price...)

    But nobody ever seems to stop and ask "WTF?" WTF?

    @It's a Camaro: I'm just looking at the hatch part. Besides, I like to hoon as much as the next guy, but most of my driving is of a more dull commuting variety, set the cruise at 120km/h sort of thing (if I had cruise control). Modern diesels tend to be perfect for that sort of thing.
