It's ok, this is almost good news. A rubbish footballer for a rubbish football club crashes a nice car so a nice person somewhere has a nice engine for transplanting purposes.
Another miata v12? Is that karma redressing the balance in our favour?
How is this even news? It seems like almost every week some footballer (the real kind) smashes or does something atrocious to a car. At least that car went out in a blaze of glory. Much better than Bendter's teammate William Gallas' chrome-mobile: [www.dailymail.co.uk]
Speaking of Arsenal footballers, Bendter's fellow striker/winger Theo Walcott owned the SL Black Series that was tested on Top Gear. That must be quite some parking lot. As an Arsenal fan, I'm just glad Bendter is okay. Now stop driving and start scoring some goals!
@LionZoo: Ah, a fellow Gunner fan! They need to hold on to the ball longer than 2 seconds if they are going to score more goals. The last two matches they got lucky.
@c0de: I do believe the rules of engagement are if you're going to initiate a singing contest regarding football, you have to reveal your team allegiance. Regardless, I'm going to respond to that blindly since I like this one:
One man went to bed, CUNT! went to bed with Ashley, one man and his mobile phone went to bed with Ashley.
Two men went to bed, CUNT! went to bed with Ashley, two men, one man and his mobile phone went to bed with Ashley.
Three men went to bed, CUNT! went to bed with Ashley, three men, two men, one man and his mobile phone went to bed with Ashley...
@engineerd: I'm excited about the match with Olympiacos today, will probably be watching from my office. Today's starting lineup could be mouth watering with a midfield of Song, Rosicky, and Fabregas with Arshavin, Eduardo, and Van Persie up top.
@uncleben: I honestly do not think Arsenal is going anywhere with their current lineup. I'm not just saying this cause i'm a Chelsea fan. Bendter is no Adebayor and once Fabergas goes to another team i.e Barca, they won't be much of a threat. Then Everton or Villa will that Arenal's place as the part of the 4. IMO
@uncleben: Exactly. It's like being a Yankee's fan. There's no test of loyalty.
@LionZoo: I saw the lineup for today and am excited, too. With Walcott, Bendtner, and Denilson out I was a little concerned, but they are surprisingly deep now. As long as they can stay healthy and get Walcott and Bendtner back soon, they can make a run at finishing in the top 5.
@engineerd: Screw a shot at the top 5, I believe this team can win the league (as long as the back four is healthy and the keeping holds up). I really believe the current Arsenal team is criminally underrated. Fabregas and Arshavin are two of the best in the world at their positions, they're just going through slumps at the moment. Sagna could just be the best right back in the league and the Gallas - Vermaelen partnership in the center has worked out better than my wildest dreams. We have a great compliment of strikers and to boot several of our players, including Samir Nasri who I rate highly, are still injured. This Arsenal team without injuries is actually pretty deep.
Oh and Adebayor might be a great striker, but his attitude stinks and if he were still at Arsenal he'd just be sulking his way around the pitch. Good riddance to a true cunt.
@LionZoo: (i thought you'd know from my chant, he's a clarification)
if ever they're playing in your town

@LionZoo: Fabregas and Arshavin undoubtedly are two the best players on the field today. I forgot about Nasri. Arsenal's biggest problem has been and continues to be injuries. They all seem to happen during interlulls, too.
Adebayor is an excellent player, when he wants to be. He's extremely selfish, though, and doesn't realize he's part of a team that counts on him. I say good riddance, too.
@c0de: I'm sorry, I tune out the Wenger is a pedophile chants because it's kind of disrespectful and since I'm not in England I hear that from fans of a bunch of other teams so it's hard to tell just from that song. I don't like mentioning sore points of other teams which is why I refrain from disgraceful songs like those about Munich or Hillsborough. Also, I have to say I respect some managers even though I don't like them and Ferguson and Mourinho are two of those in that category.
The word Cyrus is derived, via Latin, from Ancient Greek Κῦρος, from Old Persian Kūrūš. The name has been recorded in ancient inscriptions in many different languages. The ancient Greek historians Ctesias and Plutarch noted that Cyrus was named from Kuros, the sun.

One Arsene Wenger -
There's only one Arsene Wenger,
With a packet of sweets and a cheeky smile,
Wenger is a fackin' pedophile.
