Check out any domestic performance rag or your local drag strip to see what the aftermarket and a relatively minimal outlay can do to an F-body.
I'll save anyone in the market for this car at least $40K: wait three years, purchase used base V8 Camaro, buy the aftermarket parts from the company of your choice, and install them yourself have it done by a reputable speed shop.
Of course, Multi-Tone Horn (Plays 5 Popular Songs!) will not be included.

Personally, I'd just go with an "A-ooooooga!" horn. My Jag-collecting great grandpa used to have one that he'd move to whichever car was the daily driver (this was already retro back in the 50s and 60s).
