AMEX does not charge credit card interest on the Centurion cards as far as I know. They charge a hefty annual fee, and like the platinum and gold cards, you are expected to pay in full at the end of the month. Shouldn't be a problem though, since you get a Centurion card by spending something like $120,000 in one year on your card.
@merc6point9: The annual fee, according to Wikipedia, is a relatively measly $2500/year, after a one-time fee of $5000 for the first year. HOWEVER, you must spend a quarter million through an existing American Express account before you are eligible for an invitation in the first place. You would think that these cars would be a 10-year Centurion member reward or something, but I guess if you have that much dough lying around, the price is a pittance anyway.
I achieved a similar look in my car by gluing quarters to the headrests, and credit card offers to my dashboard and doorsill, but you don't see me bragging.
@Syrax: "Honey, didn't we pay an outrageous amount for little Spartan reliefs on the headrests? I can't remember now, but isn't this where they used to be?"

Had those Berlin pyros focused exclusively on Quattroportes-for-Centurions, I don't think that the commentariat would have been quite as upset.

Can I pay for it with one of those little convenience checks that comes with my statement?

Dust off your Bill Blass, Eddie Bauer and Pierre Cardin special editions!
Ironic considering that across most of the UK American Express won't do nicely.
