    Trying to follow the photos... It looks like the Mini arrives on the podium, they plug it in for a charge, and then it either catches fire or launches some kind of poison gas attack.

    Hottie? Whoa, not exactly high standards. To each their own I have no problem, but holding this lady up as a "hottie"? Kind of funny that instead of just commenting on the deputy mayors looks everyone had to put a dig in on Palin? Why is that? Neither are even remotely "hotties" they simply are politicians that don't look like the crypt keeper. Nothing hot about either of these women unless your only requirement is they have two arms and legs.

    As i said before,for those that are tight when it comes to fuel economy the Cooper diesel that gets over 70mpg would be more entertaining than this. None of them interest me as it's too much of a fashion car.

    @layabout:
    Actually the diesel is slower and has less power: 0-60 in 9.9 seconds vs electric 8.5 secs and 110hp vs electric 204 hp. Torque in the diesel is better at 177lb-ft vs 162 in the electric, but given the torque delivery of electrics it'll probably feel the same or stronger than the diesel. Of course the electric version weighs over 600lbs more, so that will effect the handling.


    I think racerx is right, the S is what you want if you want the most fun.
