    This brand makes no sense: this is essentially a maxed out Accord; right? Why not come up with an Accord Type-R loaded with goodies and call it that? That way you could ALMOST claim to be in the BMW 5 sector and if you handed it over to Mugen you could ALMOST claim to have an M5 competitor. I'd rather buy a 'cheap' BMW or a Lexus than a fancy badged Honda anyday. Is Accura a big seller in the States or anywhere for that matter? It sounds so boring I can't bothered checking it out for myself.

    @The Black Bottle: Acuras are pretty darn popular where I live. Not quite BMW/Mercedes popular, but far more than Audi. Right there with Infiniti.


    The TSX is pretty rare and tends to be the no-brainer sorority girl or young/leveraged professional guy car (don't want the repair hassles of a Bimmer!). The TL is like the standard-issue middle management vehicle here. Every-freaking-where.

    If this is $35k, then there's no reason not to upgrade to the TL. Get a slightly-used 2008 model. Looks much better without the buck-tooth, plenty of power, nice and roomy, and handles great.
