I did not know the ACR was available in 1993. But apparently, by the look of that man's clothes, it was.

That guy is nothing but skin and bones. Put a big fat guy up there and see what happens. Or better yet, see how many big fat guys can get up there. I'm betting 3 is the limit--nah, 4.

@Novaload Misses Murilee: I think for the car's sake, you should limit it to the number (and type) of people who can fit in it. That seems like a fitting test, to me.
Also, does anybody else want to see a gif of this guy jumping up and down on the wing?

You guys sure are into scrutinizing strangely random tidbits on Chrysler products... what's next, how brick resistant the plastic windows of a wrangler are?

On a side note... why is it easier to search for and find a jalopnik post on google than it is to find one on gawkers own search engine?!

Ack! Damn this comment system... I didn't see area_educator already said what I said... And my link didn't work. Bah, I'm going to go back to not saying anything at all. FAIL indeed.

Seriously? Car guys and gals focusing on style? I could see maybe, "That black surround on the tail light detracts from the back end" or "exposed carbon is a bit too ricer-boy for me." But complaining about jeans and a pair of shoes? This is like Gawker commenters debating the merits of vaccuum bagged carbon vs. honeycomb laminate.
In short: you're killing me smalls (and yes, I'm wearing jeans and white shoes)

I can only visualize the tons of photos and vids that will clog the intrawebs in the near future from all the HS retards trying to prove the wings on their Hondas, Toyotas, Cavaliers etc are stronger. Imagine a parking full of retards standing on the wings of bondo's cars....

@Formerlythegreatestdriver: Yeah, I can see all kinds of possibilities, in addition to the obvious broken wings: bent trunk hinges, popped sheet metal, wings that were attached with drywall screws being ripped out of the trunk...

Good to know. I've always wanted to get a Viper ACR, but I assumed the wing wouldn't support 5 sheets of drywall strapped on the roof.
