    @snapoversteer 'bout to get told: Hadn't heard that, but it certainly fits the overall picture. But I guess I knew something was up when Whitacre showed up in those "May the Best Car Win" ads rather than Fritz, who was clearly the public face of the company. It certainly wasn't because of Ed's overwhelming charm on camera.

    And I'm willing to bet this girl has some pretty good insight on GM politics from sitting at the dinner table. More than us, anyway.

    Admittedly, she could have found a better, more civil way to express herself. The girl could be brilliant for all I know, but her comments paint her as quite the opposite.

    However, lets take a step back and look at the situation from her perspective. Your dad's just been shafted suddenly and under questionable circumstances. That sucks pretty hard (believe me, I've been there). To make matters worse, the whole interweb is abuzz with people who don't know the first thing about your father saying crude things about him and praising his ousting.

    Yeah, I'd be FUCKING PISSED AT THOSE PIECES OF SHIFT, too.

    Good luck with that goal, Sarah. I had similar aspirations, but you wouldn't believe the number of times I've accidentally bought a GM vehicle, even though I had no intention to.
