Hey, if anyone happens to know of an old Saab 96 with a sunroof in the East coast (heck, anywhere by now), let me know, eh? That'd make a hell of a father's day present...

One night I removed a SAAB 96 engine to replace the clutch disc by myself with no hoist, nothing more than a rope. I took off the hood and grille and radiator and unbolted the engine, tied the around onto some projecting bolts, then I stood atop the car with one foot on each wheel well and the rope around the back of my neck, and eased the engine forward off the clutch shaft. Taking it out was fairly easy, sliding the engine back on was quite a bit trickier, but I got 'er done.
Then as I was getting ready to bolt the hood back on I looked down at the floor of the garage and saw the circlip which holds on the clutch throwout bearing, which I had forgotten to replace. So I did it all again.

I would like to clarify that I am not the same person that was griefing Davey G. about Lieberman's poor journalistic cotomer sevis in 2006, just in case there was any confusion. I've never even been to Alberta, honest.

Ok, fine, no I lied. I suck, I had no idea what it was.
It is really cool though.
