Ford Only Loses $380 Million, Happy Days Are Here Again

This time last year we were telling you about how Ford lost a whopping $5.7 billion in the third quarter of 2006. We've got good news: Ford only lost $380 million in the third quarter of 2007. Mission Accomplished! Break out the fizzy wine and caviar! Revenue was up to $41.1 billion for the quarter, compared to just $37.1 billion in 3Q06. The improvement is tied to "higher net pricing, changes in currency exchange rates and improved product mix."
