Not wanting to be left out of the end of the year list fun here at Weekend Jalopnik we put together a list of our favorite posts from 2011.

Although we work hard here at Jalopnik to bring you awesome stories every day it's easy to get a little lost in the day-to-day sludge that is commoditized car news. But it wasn't until I took a look through this week's lists of top stories that I realized just how many great exclusives our team put together in 2011.

These are not the most important stories of 2011 and they're not the most-read stories, either. These are just our readers' favorites, narrowed down by Jalopnik readers to just ten classic stories.

As part of their 100 year celebration Chevrolet set up a weird bracket style voting system in an attempt to pick the best car the company ever produced. After 124,368 votes were cast the 1969 Camaro came out victorious. Second place went to the 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS.

2011 was the 10th year the Historic Acropolis Rally was held in Greece, and this year's event failed to disappoint.
