    Some of the engine parts by themselves are very beautiful. But as a whole that is not a very pretty looking engine. I'd rather look at an old Honda CVCC engine with 3049839048 vacuum lines any day of the week.


    I think my CVCC cylinder head that I chopped up on a bandsaw is also far superior looking to this.

    The 2.2L E 250 CDI BlueMYMIND Coupe produces 204 hp and 500 Nm of torques while getting good fuel mileage along with emissions to meet the EU5 standard. Please don't torch our factories, ELF!


    The top of the line E 350 CDI BlueMYBALLS Coupe gets a 6 cylinder engine produce 231 hp.


    The gas engines boast power outputs of 204hp from the 1.8L CGI BleuCHEESE coupe.


    The E 350 CGI BlueSCREEN Coupe gets the first spray-guided direct injection in the world producing 292hp and 365 Nm from it's 6 cylinders.

    As an engineer, you'll frequently find me complaining about how marketing or design staff are totally overrated.


    Then, when I see something like this



    ...featured as part of a press release, I'm reminded sometimes it's best to keep the engineers in the lab. We sometimes forget that what excites us in not universally interesting.

    @Mad_Science: Agreed, but we're still way better than design or marketing. Especially marketing.


    Honestly, it was sad when I realized as a 20 year old engineering intern that I knew more than the 45 year old marketing director at the company I was working for.

    So have we made the determination yet as to whether the E-Class Coupe is *in addition to* the CLK body style, or *instead of* it? The two are so similar in size that one should suffice, I would think.

    You know I'm just not a Merc fan.


    My friend just got one recently and I get the appeal, it's a damn fine car but Mercs just seem to lack the passion that I get when I drive... here it comes, my BMW.


    Yeah I know, how much more soul does a BMW have compared to a Merc? It's just something I can feel with BMW but not at all with Mercs.
