    The Kia brand is naming their cars after famous crooners like David Soul.


    The Soul is nice, but think I want to hold off and see how the Anka looks. Or maybe move upscale and get a Kia Connick, Jr.

    Call me crazy, but I rather like this. I guess I'm a sucker for boxy cars but I like this better than the new xB even. I think Kia has the right idea, they just need to revamp the rest of their lineup as well.

    I can only guess Kia were being ironic by naming a car Soul,in the same way Mitsubishi did when they called a car the Charsima.

    I think I've found my next car -- probably in about two years when the first lease returns show up on used car lots. I like it and if gas prices have not shot up through the roof again, I should be able to pick one up fairly cheaply.


    I mean that seriously. I'll have to wait and see how they drive and how the reliable they turn out to be, of course, but I like it better than anything else out there in my (cheapo) price range.

    I like the idea of a small, boxy car. I'm a sucker for practicality. But that rear, three-quarter view makes it look like this Kia has bigger blind spots than Stevie Wonder.
