    @xeensd: Though diesel is enticing as a forbidden fruit, if I was actually faced with the choice, I'd probably go gas with a car this small. You'll still get great mileage and have more driving enjoyment. Save the diesels for the family haulers.

    I wonder how it will compare to the Fiesta.
    Stiffer suspensions?
    Different engines?
    Cheaper, to buy, more expensive to maintain?

    @Formerlythegreatestdriver: Agreed. It has an almost outdated rather bland look to it while the Fiesta can actually draw a longer stare out of people. Myself included.

    @AngryChineseDriver -- R.I.P., Audi R8 Decepticon: That, and we're pretty receptive to small hatchbacks. I'll be at Mazda's Canadian HQ tomorrow - I'm really hoping they'll have one there.
