Saab is like the really, and I mean really, ugly daughter of the largest farm owner in the town. If you get with her, you get 600 million dollars or whatever, but she may kill you.
@SantaRita: I didn't say you didn't - and I've been busy - so not reading so closely, nor all the comments.
I try to promote all my pals when I come across their comments - including yours - but I haven't been having so much luck lately picking up all those hitch hikers with their thumbs out - something about the software, or something.
The I-4 in Griffin/Aero dress makes a good deal more hp. There's a lag penalty, but it makes for a fun ride.
Split windshield and suicide doors, sign me up! Why is there only half a rear bumper in the first picture and a complete one in the last picture?
I think it's wonderful, but it really shouldn't be an automatic. That, of course, should go without saying!
@Van Sarockin, rogue trebuchet: This treasure carries a curse, though: That $600 million is a loan, and will forever haunt any who take it until they give it back.
Wait, I have no money, I drive a car as ugly as any that Spyker makes, and I'm a white guy with no experience running a car company. Maybe I should buy Saab!
A 35hp Kohler is a step up from the original two-stroke, but you gotta admit the sound of the stocker is like nothing else. Just tooling down the road sounds like the Hounds o' Hell out for a spin.
A 92 is a flyweight car, if it weighs more than a ton he's topped up the oil tank. That doesn't give the V6 much to do. Dad's 96 would hit 40mpg due to the modest weight and excellent aero characteristics - I'd be fascinated to know how well this does economy-wise.

Those cars have pretty durable drivetrains, so finding donors for the swap shouldn't be too tough.
C'mon all you Jalops - swap an engine, get a free beer!

HEY! I totally said that but my posts aren't showing/approved often.
it's an l81 GM V6 turbo good for 200HP and 220LBft.
the 2.3L Turbo 4-cyl makes 5 more hp and 40more lb-ft with 30% better fuel economy.

But I see these glyphs, and I click on them, and sometimes something happens. I particularly like it when I do that and I get extra kibble.
