Demands to reduce the municipal budget in Findlay, Ohio have led officials to consider consolidating the city's aging vehicle fleet. Proposals apparently include this — a consolidated school bus and salt spreader, you know, to help ease traffic concerns on harsh winter mornings.

We're told that the city's fleet manager hopes that State Department of Transportation officials will approve their preliminary plan before the first snowfall, just in case.
