    The Champ warmup went pretty well with no major events to report and the threat of rain literally dried up. Cars weren't catching the air they were on Friday either. Race officials had the crown ground off the roadway, which helped out immensely, but didn't guarantee cars would stay 4-wheels to the pavement.
