The concept car radio was optimistic, for the production car we got more into ergonomics to make sure the buttons are well placed. We wanted to capture this simple interface so the cluster was influenced by contemporary products like diesel watches and apple iPod with the amount of detail and chrome. We think it improved as it got more realistic.
