graphic design/illustration...Sometimes I can listen and do arty things and sometimes I cant...most of the time it's on the train where I randomly look at other peoples faces or what's outside so it's easier to focus.
I have two kids (2 months & 3 year old), work 40+, go to school at night...I listen on the train to and from work and school...I don't have to bury my head in a Kindle and not be aware of my surroundings which I prefer to be aware of...
Wouldn't you listen to someone reciting poetry? Isn't that prose too? Maybe because I had read it several times I it was easier for me to listen...
well so far the Gibson and Morgan I have listen to have been like storytelling...which has been great. I hope it goes for the rest of the books I listen to.
maybe you should download the audio and you might see the brilliance...
I have downloaded a few books from Audible.com already and I have to say I'm pretty hooked...I must qualify that I got books that I had read already. I did that because I felt like sometimes I forgot what I just read or wasn't totally focused on reading at that time and just maybe I am not getting the big picture or important details...turns out I am paying attention most of the time.

So I have listened to Neuromancer, Altered Carbon and I am in the middle of Market Forces and I have a few more titles to listen to and I look forward to it...Light and Nova Swing will be my next downloads...they are a bit spendy, so I wait for sales and promos...

One weird thing is that when the narrator does female voices it's kind of off putting at first, then you deal with it...and I like American Narrators over English ones.
Yes, Light and Nova Swing are awesome...Virconium is sitting on my shelf waiting to read as well...
I think they corrected that problem by the later years...my '63 bug had that problem, 6 volt too.
My '70 and 72' Squarebacks didn't come with seat-belts...I installed them in the '72 because some law went in to effect in CA. I used the installation of belts as a back story I wrote in article about the new seat belt law in my high school newspaper.
"He moved the cube in two of the first six sessions (sessions 1 & 4), but never towards the food."

"Four minutes into the session, he obtained the fruit but was unable to pull down the entire branch. He left the food location and returned to the area one minute later, rolled the cube from its original placement to the suspended food's location, stood on it with his front two feet and obtained the branch with his trunk."

Sounds like he got it the first time he used the cube in that manner...

Wasn't that a poster that was commissioned and came in a Dead Kennedy's album?...I believe it's called Penis Landscape...
I got a chance to play in them twice in Chicago during a stops for CES. I don't remember being wowed but it was cool enough to play a second time.

Tomorrow the World!!!
So glad I was there when these hit the stands...I didn't collect Thor at the time, but when I saw the cover for #337, I was intrigued and Thor became a part of my monthly books collection. Simonson reminded me of Sienkiewicz in a way and enjoyed both of their art immensely...
