For a new car I submit the current generation Taurus SHO. Smooth, comfortable and invisible to the po po. Every comfort and convenience of cars costing twice as much. SYNC and the giant built in SatNav make the miles a pleasure. All the safety of lane departure and adaptive cruise control. It even has massaging seats. 10k between oil changes with no 'spensive yurapean filters and whatnot.
Ford 2.3 Turbo. It helped turn a generation on to import 4 cyl sporty cars.
Probably more people than Maseratis that can actually see 185.
It depends. What are you trying to copy?
Here in America the Ford F-150 has been the best selling truck for 35 years. If you're not seeing them, its because you're too used to them.
Good point. Because never in history has a man ever had to support a woman who didn't work and instead indulged her hobbies.
Yes. because everyone knows that marriage is all about conforming to what your wife wants.
Looks more like a bucket than a cup.
You make a gnarly run like that and girls will get sterile just looking at you.
It looks like you installed a custom sound system.
Right now I'm driving a 2011 Supercab with the Coyote 5.0. I get 18+ MPGs with mostly highway. I have the 8 foot bed and appreciate it when it is time to throw two dirt bikes and a go kart in the back. Most of the time, the 6 1/2 foot would be easier to live with. I love the Supercab configuration with the suicide doors. It is much more accommodating than some might think. The Crew Cab outsells it however. It is easier for back seat passengers to get in and out without opening the front doors. A cap or flat cover would be nice.
You are correct. It didn't happen.
Ford F-150 Crew Cab. As un-Jalop as it may sound, its hard to argue with a huge 4 door cab and a bed out back to hold the skis and boards. Think of it as a jacked up four door El Camino if you want.
I'm curious what the planning mix for automatics is on the Chevy. I suspect that on such a small volume application, customer take rate will simply be a factor of what is produced and production will be based on minimum production requirements. The true test of customer preference will be in residual values. Though, no doubt, volume will be higher because of the automatic. I'd bet the same weeks pay that many customers with more money than skills would just as soon buy the halo version end up settling for a lesser model due to a fear of three pedals.

About the required upgrades for track use. Lets not forget how some people's eyes light up when telling their friends that they had all these "custom" upgrades added to their cars because they're serious track guys. I bet the dealers will like this strategy too. Get 'em in the shop with wallets open. See, it even says here in the manual that you need me to install these pricey, er, important, upgrades.

Who will win at the end of the day? Strong competition improves the breed.

How could it be a performance car? Where are the racing stripes or SPORT graphics?
Wait a minute. Who was the derp?
Methinks the lady doth protest too much.

Why get so upset unless deep down you realize the enormous cash hemorrhage our trade situation is causing this nation?

You say racism, I say macroeconomics. A strong US industrial base would provide more funds to get the vets the help they need.
