Seems to me that if you're going to sell a camera lens, you should use a photo and not a comp of multiple photos no matter how clever you are (#1 has wrong perspectives and is comped up)

I see what he's saying, and there is some validity to it. However, two things came to mind that will require a physical, printed medium for the foreseeable future... Packaging design... and printed material for the sake of liability (instructions and such that a lawyer wouldn't let rely on an electrical gadget that may not have power at some point).

The company referenced in this article for sending this stuff overseas is a "Tennessee-based subsidiary of a Chinese company." That little detail has seemed to go a little unnoticed, but it has pretty interesting ramifications.
