there's something calling your name
Hey, I got your message. I appreciate your interest in my truck, and it is always good to find another Mopar fan out in the world(sometimes I feel we are a dying breed). Anyway, the old girl has just rolled 200,000 and besides the deer damage(grille, bumper, and right fender), the rest of it is all original. It has a 318 Magnum, with an overdrive trans, and just a one-tire-fire rear end. Basically, I am the second owner of the truck and plan on customizing it awhile down the road(I figure why fix it if it ain't broke). After the 318 EFI motor takes a dump, I plan on dropping a bigger V8 with a 727 trans and some sort of posi out back. If you ever want to talk shop, feel free to drop me a line at tim@benboyle.com.
Later.
Hey, fellow Valiant fan! Nice to see another one of us slant-six a-body devotees on Jalopnik. I've got a '64 V-100 with a 225 I've had for 11 years now. It's almost beyond family. Anyway, just wanted to say hi.
Congratulations on the Star! I saw you were getting close... Did you get to wear a neat pointy hat at the party?
I have a '72 Honda coupe Z 600 that has hemispherical combustion chambers on BOTH of it's two cylinders. I get a lot of laughs with my Mopar friends when I boast about this, hence, "can I hang out..... Love your comments,... this is such a fun site!
Hey, I put together a small set on my Flickr stream just for you, check it out...
