The full one still points to the 1600px version, same as the last few. Replace _1600 with _full in the image title, and you can get the proper image.

Also, nice looking car. :)

Ya, I have friends with OLED screens on their phones and at least two that I know of have burn in. I was hoping that manufacturers could do something similar to how they addressed it in the Plasma TVs; pixel rotation (or whatever they call it).
Any word on how manufacturers are approaching the issue of burn-in for OLED tech?
I love the Steam service, and the only things I would like added to Steam are:

- Physical Gifting - As cool as digital gifting is, there isn't a replacement for physically handing somebody something eye to eye when it comes to gifts. Even a verbal, "Oh, I gave you Skyrim on Steam and here's a Hallmark Card" isn't a replacement for a good ol' fashioned gift opening experience.

I suggest that for a small fee above and beyond the game price (say 5% or whatever) I could elect to have a postcard like item printed out/mailed with the game information on it. Double sided and color, like a 2 dimensional box art.

I would gladly pay a little extra just for the look of surprise when I gift a Steam purchase, and they have something physical to identify with the gift.

- Ability to buy a Steam specific GiftCards - Very minor, but I do like to gift Xbox/PSN cards from time to time and this is right in that vein.

- Timed Gift Unlocks - If I purchase a game and gift it to someone, it would be cool if I could define a time when it would show up and/or notify the receiver. Christmas and Birthday gifts purchased in advance would especially benefit from this.

I could see a huge chunk (if not all) of my game oriented gift giving done through Steam (rather than Amazon) if these usability points were added before next years shopping season.

Hmmm... the reinvisioning of a classic launching before a genre changing reboot. What could go wrong?

I've been looking for a 69 or 70 (preferred) Javelin to pick up as a project car. Growing up with my father fully restoring a 68 AMX, 73 Javelin/AMX and others ... I am a little gunshy about parts availability.

I should just follow my heart and pick one up anyway. :)

I grew up with many different AMC car's cycling through the garage. My fondest is probably the 73 Javelin 401 I learned to drive on, with a close 2nd to the 68 AMX my old man fully restored.
I would love to see the next Fallout game using the iD Tech 5 engine.
Also of note, it's available for free streaming on Spotify as well: [open.spotify.com]

Still no high res version on Facebook. No posts since the Saab Prototype have been large size.

Who ever has been uploading these backgrounds to Facebook hasn't been paying attention. None of the recent submissions (two weeks running or so) are 1600px.
You are still part of beta testing of apps and features not released to the general public. Like we had the YouTube app early, for example. I believe the testing window ends some time early next year.
MkIV R32. Because hot-hatch, AWD, VR6, manual only, great seats, and already has low production numbers in the US (5000 initially).
Think of it as a scroll bar, that you can navigate up and down the home-screen without covering up any vital information on the live or animated tiles.

It also negates the possibility for accidental app launching as you are using an 'unused' portion of screen space.
Not bad for recycling the riff from Children of the Grave.
Heart-click for the IT Crowd reference. :)
Hah, I somehow missed the word "requires" in that paragraph. Reading comprehension fail. :)
How much worse does this game play without the MotionPlus accessory?
Also of note is that, according to some of the comments made by "MS Nerd", the dev prototypes don't have any optical drive (accessory possible) and that the main processor is a "general purpose multi-core" style CPU.

Interesting indeed.
