"I would say the Nano would cause more accidents with the density of traffic and the road sense people have out here. But on the other hand it makes me proud (being a Indian) that a Indian Company has managed to acheive something which is unthinkable in today's automotive world. The Nano is primarily aimed and Rural and Semi Urban Markets where the economies of scale does not permit people to buy the cheapest car available in india today @ USD 5500 (A Maruti Suzuki 800 hatchback, like the Chevy U-VA). Re: Crash Test - Tata probably is the only company in India who have their own crash test facility."
