Looking at the linked article the #1, #3 and #9 were 360 titles, #2, #5 and #10 went to the Wii, #4, #7 and #8 went to the venerable PS2, the DS picked up #6.
In terms of cumulative numbers we have:
360 with 9,730,000
Wii with 8,460,000
PS2 with 6,510,000
DS with 2,480,000
I'd say MS's claims are pretty supportable even if you don't put an "*" next to Wii Play."
