I agree the Dane Cook hate is a bit much. That said I don't find him funny and you really should check out some other comedians. There is some real talent out there.

Everyone I knew in 1999 was downloading music illegally because the record companies couldn't see the writing on the wall and find value in online music sales. Steve dragged them kicking a screaming and even got rid of DRM on all music files they sold. It may have happened anyway but we sure got there quicker thanks to him.
