I think I see a Waterloo in your future...killing the Odyssey and CRV will destroy profits, getting cars down to sub-3000lbs will either be prohibitively expensive, or give terrible safety ratings, leading to no profits. Bye bye Honda.
It sounds like they still haven't resolved the big stumbling block: agreeing the business model with the rights-holders. Unfortunately, this is still vaporware. Luckily I have my torrent process working very smoothly.
@FodderTheSane: I was watching the WRC Finland this weekend. Juha Kankunan (I'm sure I've butchered that beyond belief) came out of retirement for the race and they were showing highlights of his career, including Peugeot 205s and of course, the Lancia Delta. Wonderful.
The best AC in a car I've driven was in a 1st gen Acura TL. Like the Arctic in your dash. The worst was my G8, like being breathed on by someone sucking an ice cube.
It's a toss up between a 2000 Hyundai Accent and a 2008 Jeep Commander. Although now I think about it, I remember a large number of late 90s/early 2000s rental cars from the big 3 that were pretty horrific, including Chevy Luminas and Ford Tauri
The Veyron is a fantastically well engineered product and is one of the greatest cars ever made. I could say exactly the same about the McLaren F1, the difference being the objectives they had in designing the two cars.
Most people would probably say that the Veyron is the better car, most Jalopnik readers would probably say that the McLaren is the better car.
They are both awesome in their own way and inflammatory statements like Ron's will probably help both manufacturers sell more cars.
