Errr....??
Contractor = "Ok, what do you need it to do?"
Government = "I don't know, but I'll know it when I see it"
Contractor = "Ok, here's your rocket"

Not quite the same, but related. ;P

Again, I am only talking about the average person. If you have learning difficulties, it's a different issue.
Also, did pass the practical the first time. Had two 1hour assessments sessions with a local driving school prior to the theory, just to familiarize myself with the local laws and get some feedback from the driving instructor. Got 3 minor faults in the practical. The most scary bit was the stupid "wheel shuffling" thing they insist over there. It just feels weird.
Anyways, I now have driving licenses from 2 different continents. ;P
p.s: Coincidentally, I am 28 as well.
Edit: I took the test near London.
Will the U.S. take into account the effects of a nuke going off in such a sensitive part of the world, especially with all the energy resources around? Over a carrier? I think not.
Sure, they will prolly get the crap blown out and kicked back into kingdom come, but it most likely will be one step short of the "instant sunshine" option. Just my $.02.
But again, you never know. I pray to god that those Sabre rattling morons come to their senses. It will not end well.
