I don't agree with your narrow interpretation of the usage as there can be more than one CTR-1, but being all the same it makes - my opinion - the unique and specific-to-the-series elements bespoke.
That being said, I appreciate your advocacy of competent literacy and I will be the first to admit to taking certain license in bending the English language (and frequently others) to my will.
Bespoke means custom made for a specific application - i.e., as you note, a custom tailored suit. Yes, in fact these wheel were custom made for this specific application - the CTR-1 RUF, hence, in my opinion, the usage is correct.
I can't speak to the work of other authors here, but that happens to be a description of which I am fond and think is concise. I can understand how a reader may tire of a particular penchant or theme here, but then there are others who find such elements part of the rich tapestry that defines the site's personality, or vibe.
