1962 Lancia Flaminia GT.

@leavethegun-takethecannoli: I can spell and define disingenuous.

Later.

@Flathead Smith: Stereotype? Anti-miscegenation laws were overturned (by Loving v. Virginia) in 1967 in AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, MO, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, and WV.

If that isn't the South, I'm a hippopotamus.

@leavethegun-takethecannoli: And another fact is that in 1964, the majority of people in Alabama (e.g.) were against civil rights for blacks. The fact that there are more of us who are not gay does not bestow the right to impinge on the rights and happiness of others.
@Flathead Smith: Yup, and there used to be laws that said, in effect, "We're not denying them the right to marry; they just can't marry white folks."
@leavethegun-takethecannoli: So it's okay to deny rights to a minority?
@conrader: @conrader:

People still pay attention to advertising?

@HollywoodBob:
"Personally, I can't wait to watch them bury the last muscle car and it's mulleted driver with it."

Amen. Except that ' in its is wrong :-)

And my point to our foul-mouthed friend was that he/she needs to get out more if she/he thinks that mileage standards are somehow European.

@jodark: Nice language. In any event, most countries in Europe use high fuel taxes, not a mileage mandate, which means that you can drive whatever you please as long as you can afford the fuel.
@evestay: Really, boys and girls, buy this one for $30K instead:

@Scroggzilla, Murilee's Personal Attack Kaiju: I yam indeed very lucky. It fell into my lap one day when I had too much money. The three Webers just about bankrupted me.
Crack pipe. I have a Touring-bodied Flaminia GT. One of 1700. 2.8 liters. Exactly the same driving experience, snaps heads everywhere. Worth about $30-35K.
@ekimap: Great place, isn't it?
@ekimap: Yes, I took a lot of them in Palermo. We stayed there as well. I suppose we're all trendy.

A few are from San Telmo in Buenos Aires. There are quite a few from Salta in the northwest of Argentina. The not-quite-mobile Jeep is in a town called Purmamarca.

Corby is about as landlocked as it's possible to be in England. Those Citroëns are, I think, somewhere else.
Hmm. Corby is about as landlocked as it's possible to be in England. Those Citröens are somewhere else.
Oops. "Polish" and "polish" are not the same word. Oh well.
Это из-польски.
Pierce Manifolds rocks. My three two-barrel Weber setup is *perfect* after they went through it. Great people who know their stuff.
